This programme focuses on all aspects of business English from formal business emails, business meetings and communicating on Zoom. Our advanced business programme includes negotiating, interviewing techniques, presentations and public speaking. When booking we ask students to indicate which particular aspects they would like to concentrate on and the correct course is selected accordingly. The content of the advanced programme is more intensive.
We offer a basic business program and an advanced business program. These programmes are designed to maximise exposure to the language both during lessons and during social activities.
All meals are taken with the teacher and their family to optimize the opportunity for conversation. Students can arrive on any day of the week to facilitate booking flights at competitive rates. We accept bookings throughout the year, even at short notice.
We also offer a Fast track Business English programme for adults, over three or four nights.

Our intensive business courses are for business people who need to improve their English communication skills when dealing with various aspects of their business. Our courses help to inspire confidence so that dealing with clients in English comes more naturally.
Students who are looking for basic business communication skills, should opt for the basic programme. However, students who want a more intensive and in-depth course including presentations and public speaking should opt for the more advanced course.
Students select their programme, prior to arrival. On the intensive business English programmes students can improve on all aspects of business English communication. Once a student has arrived, the teacher establishes in detail which areas of business English they wish to concentrate on.
We have teachers who are very experienced in this field who have excellent results. In addition to the formal learning, students live as part of the family and have ample opportunity for conversation throughout most of the day.
Lessons are normally taught in the mornings, after breakfast, allowing time for excursions or activities in the afternoons. During free time, students can self study or go out and explore on their own. This is not a 24 hour service

On our intensive business English programme , students have their own private bedroom, unless on a 2:1 programme, where a twin room is shared.
Typically, the bedroom has a comfortable single or double bed, hanging space for clothes, a set of drawers and a desk and chair for private study. In some homestays, there is a TV in the bedroom.
If there are any special dietary requirements, we must be informed prior to arrival.

All programmes are inclusive of a designated number of excursions or activities. These are determined largely by the interests of the student. A sporting activity, tennis, horse riding, swimming, visiting a museum or castle, cinema, a visit to a pub, theatre, or a shopping trip are among the possible trips to consider. Many outdoor activities will of course be weather dependent.
Two half day excursions can be changed to a full day, by mutual consent. Full day excursions take place at the weekend.

We offer a meet and greet service at all airports. We can arrange and / or advise on transfers from any port of arrival in the UK including Eurostar at Ashford International. Transfers can be arranged at the time of booking and are added to the invoice.
Should a student prefer to arrive independently to the homestay, they are given all the necessary instructions on how to get to the local station. The teacher will meet the student at the local railway or bus station.
